LSF IS A REVOLUTIONIZING CONSTRUCTION

Newer construction methods using Cold Formed Steel (CFS) also known as Light Gauge Steel (LGS), are revolutionising in the way buildings are created.

Offering improved quality, speed of construction, design flexibility and environmental performance, these modern methods are financially attractive alternatives to slower, resource-heavy traditional methods of construction, such as timber, concrete and hot-rolled steel.

Turn architectural inspiration into commercial reality

innovative industrialized process

Success belongs to those who are able to differentiate themselves in a crowded market. That’s why we tried to find a way to turn architectural inspiration into commercial reality faster and more cost-effectively than ever before.

Our expertise in Arch Steel Buildings led us to alternative methods of construction using steel framed structures with innovative industrialized process helping us answer all these challenges, allowing for buildings to be constructed faster, higher, lighter-weight, stronger and more accurately with less waste.

  • Our construction methods which use Cold Formed Steel (CFS) also known as Light Gauge Steel (LGS)

  • The most advanced engineering design-and-build system of Framecad®

  • The high quality of our deep galvanized steel which conform to internationally approved standards and specifications

They are the factors which are revolutionising the way our buildings are created.

Manufacturing Equipment

We improve operational efficiencies and cold formed steel precision with the technologically advanced roll forming equipment from FRAMECAD.

Our latest technology series of automated machinery provide heavy duty manufacturing solutions for high volume production. They have been designed to produce heavy duty framing profiles best suited for all frames, trusses, and joists where extra strength in construction is required. With these high-tech equipment we can produce profiles starting from 100mm up to 400mm in less than a minute with a thickness ranging from 0.95mm to 3.0mm . We offer multiple choices when it comes to the material. All coils are accompanied by mill certificates to prove the quality of our steel.

Thanks to materials and components with proven quality levels Perendes Technologies can offer you confidence in the long term integrity of your project.

Perendes Technologies exceptional super steel S550GD HyPer Magnelis TM ZM310 and S550GD Galvanized Framing Steel

General Description
Premium level Steel quality: G550 galvanizing Z275
The G550 quality is hot dipped galvanized structural grade steel, developed specifically to maximize the efficiency of cold-formed steel construction projects.
The G550 steel quality provides the highest yield strength to minimize the total steel requirement in each of the engineered structures. It has a guaranteed minimum yield of 550MPa to maximize yield and lower build costs. More importantly, it is supplied with full compliance certificates to assure specifiers the materials are compliant to International Standards.

Exceptional Level Steel quality: S550GD HyPer Magnelis TM ZM310

25 YEARS WARRANTY AGAINST CORROSION

Magnelis® is an exceptional metallic coating which provides a breakthrough in corrosion protection. Thanks to its unique composition, Magnelis® provides an unprecedented level of surface and cut-edge protection, even in the most hostile environments.

Magnelis® is produced on a classic hot dip galvanising line, but the molten bath has a unique chemical composition including zinc, 3.5% aluminium, and 3% magnesium.
